# Corporate Structure

**AITECH Cloud Network Foundation (Panama)**

AITECH Cloud Network Foundation is the strategic ecosystem entity established to support ecosystem governance initiatives, strategic coordination, ecosystem development, partnerships, and long-term growth objectives across the AITECH Cloud Network ecosystem. The Foundation supports the continued development of the ecosystem and strategic coordination across affiliated entities where applicable.

 

**Solidus AI Tech Inc. (Panama)**

Solidus AI Tech Inc. is the entity responsible for the issuance of the ACN Token (formerly the $AITECH Token) and related token disclosures. This includes responsibility for the ACN White Paper and certain token-related infrastructure, disclosures, and activities associated with the ACN Token ecosystem.

 

**Solidus AI Tech Digital (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)**

Solidus AI Tech Digital is the technology and operating entity responsible for the development, operation, maintenance, and support of the ecosystem's technology infrastructure. The company provides technology development, operational support, infrastructure management, software services, and related technology solutions. Solidus AI Tech Digital **does not** issue the ACN Token and is **not** responsible for token issuance, token disclosures, or publication of the ACN White Paper.

 

**Group Relationship Notice**

The AITECH Cloud Network ecosystem operates through a group of legally distinct entities, each performing specific and segregated functions to support the development, governance, operation, and growth of the ecosystem.

Responsibility for products, services, platforms, token-related activities, websites, applications, and other ecosystem features may differ depending on the relevant entity, jurisdiction, and applicable legal requirements. Users should refer to the relevant product documentation, terms and conditions, disclosures, notices, and legal documentation to identify the entity responsible for a particular product or service.

The entities within the AITECH Cloud Network ecosystem may provide services to one another pursuant to intercompany agreements. Such arrangements may include technology services, operational support, administrative services, intellectual property licensing, personnel support, management services, and other related business services. This structure is designed to support clear operational responsibilities, effective governance, regulatory compliance, and the continued development of the ecosystem.

Certain intellectual property, trademarks, software, technology, databases, proprietary systems, and other assets may be owned, licensed, developed, managed, or utilized by different entities within the group pursuant to contractual arrangements.

 

**White Paper Responsibility Notice**

Responsibility for token-related disclosures, including the ACN White Paper, rests solely with the entity identified as the issuer in the relevant disclosure document.

 

**No Joint Liability Statement**

Nothing on this page should be interpreted as creating joint liability among group entities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each entity operates independently and remains responsible for its own activities, obligations, regulatory compliance, contractual commitments, and legal liabilities.
