Purpose** This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and prohibited activities applicable to the use of any service, platform, product, token-related function, or ecosystem feature made available within the **AITECH Cloud Network (“ACN”)** ecosystem and group structure. Such services may be provided by relevant entities, including SOLIDUS AI TECH INC. (operating under the trade name “**AITECH Cloud Network**”), the AITECH Cloud Network Foundation, and Solidus AI Tech Digital, as applicable based on the nature of the Services, jurisdiction, and operational model. Any references to “AITECH”, “AI Tech”, or similar terminology shall be interpreted as legacy references to the AITECH Cloud Network where applicable. The following are our services, including but not limited to: * **ACN Compute Layer, GPU Rental, and CDC Marketplace Payments:** $ACN can be used to pay for GPU processing power and purchase of CDCs on the marketplace within the AITECH Cloud Network. Compute Discount Certificates (CDC) can be represented in a form of utility-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that may provide discounts on compute services within the ACN Compute Layer CDC Marketplace. * **GPU Staking:** Allow $ACN token holders to lock tokens for defined periods in order to support participation within the AITECH Cloud Network (“ACN”) ecosystem. Staking does not constitute an investment and does not confer ownership, profit rights, or any entitlement to financial return. * **Compute Discount Certificates (CDC):** Utility-based non-fungible tokens (NFTs) that may provide discounts on compute services within the ACN Compute Layer CDC Marketplace. * **ACN Agent Forge Orchestration Layer (including ACN Agent Forge and ACN Agent Forge Staking):** ACN Agent Forge Orchestration Layer is an automated AI agents platform where users can design, deploy, and use agentic workflows. Agent Forge is a no-code agent orchestration platform that enables users to design, deploy, and manage AI-driven workflows. It allows teams to automate complex, multi-step processes across internal systems, external APIs, and data sources, reducing operational overhead while maintaining control and visibility. ACN Agent Forge Staking introduces a tiered staking model designed to align platform access with ecosystem commitment and ensure sustainable resource allocation. * **Community Staking:** The Community Staking Pool allows $ACN holders to lock tokens for a defined period to support participation in the ACN ecosystem. Participants may become eligible for ecosystem incentives distributed in $ACN tokens, which are variable, conditional, and not guaranteed. Staking does not constitute an investment and does not confer ownership, profit rights, or any entitlement to financial return. * **DAO Governance:** $ACN may be used in future governance modules or community voting mechanisms, depending on platform evolution. * **$ACN Token:** Serves as the utility token for accessing, interacting with, and utilizing services within the AITECH Cloud Network platform (“ACN Platform”). **By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and reporting to legal authorities.** *** **2. Prohibited Activities** You may not use the Platform, directly or indirectly, to engage in any of the following activities: **A. Cybercrime and Abuse of Compute Power** * Launching or supporting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks * Distributing or deploying malware, ransomware, spyware, or botnets * Unauthorized access, hacking, or system intrusions * Network or application scanning, brute force attacks, or exploits **B. Misuse of AI or Compute Resources** * Training, deploying, or distributing: * Deepfakes used for fraud, impersonation, or harassment * AI models for creating malware or facilitating cyberattacks * Autonomous offensive cyber tools or cyberweapons * Processing or generating illegal, deceptive, or harmful content **C. Financial Crime** * Money laundering or layering transactions * Terrorist financing or facilitating illicit financial activity * Use of privacy coins, crypto mixers, darknet marketplaces, or obfuscation tools to avoid detection (unless permitted by law) **D. Sanctions and Export Control Violations** * Accessing the Platform from FATF restricted/sanctioned jurisdictions (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, and Russia) * Use by or on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities (OFAC, EU, UN lists) * Processing export-controlled content or software in violation of national or international laws **E. Child Exploitation, Prostitution, and Human Trafficking** * Creating, sharing, storing, or accessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM) * Engaging in or facilitating prostitution and/or human trafficking **F. Cryptocurrency Mining (in restricted jurisdiction)** * Mining in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law * Unauthorized mining activity during non-declared usage **G. Privacy Violations and Intellectual Property Abuse** * Collecting or processing personal data without consent (e.g., violating GDPR, CCPA, etc.) * Training models on copyrighted or proprietary datasets without authorization * Infringing upon any copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights *** **3. Monitoring and Enforcement** The relevant entity within the AITECH Cloud Network (ACN) group reserves the right, directly or through authorized service providers, to: * Monitor usage patterns and access logs * Investigate suspected violations of this AUP * Suspend, restrict, or terminate services with or without prior notice where permitted by applicable law or necessary for security/compliance reasons * Report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate fully in investigations * Coordinate compliance, security, and enforcement actions across affiliated entities where reasonably necessary and permitted by law. We may use automated tools and third-party services for behavioral and security monitoring. *** **4. User Responsibility** All users must: * Comply with this AUP and all applicable laws * Promptly report any suspected violations to * Maintain security of their credentials and access controls * Ensure all software/code used on the Platform is lawful and safe *** **5. Changes to This Policy** The relevant entity within the AITECH Cloud Network (ACN) group may revise this AUP from time to time. Users will be notified of material updates via the ACN Platform or email where appropriate. *** 6\.
